Submit a request form
Kindly submit your form a minimum of 15 business days before the event. Conventions and Reservations will process the request and contact you at the earliest opportunity.
Student group activities: Please note during the academic year only requests made through VEMS will be processed.
This form must be used during May-June-July and August. During the summer period student groups are considered external clients and fees are applicable.
Internal activities: Only customers with internal budget codes (FDMs) are considered internal.
External clients:
- Event/space reservations: Requests from external clients will be considered if the requested spaces and resources are available.
- Summer accommodations: We accept requests for our summer accommodations (May until August) and related services: Summer accommodation
